You can mint Healing Water by burning one NFT at level C or above and paying the TWF fee of 20,000 TWF. When you give Healing Water to a NFT, its tweet count is reduced to zero. Healing Water reduces the number of virus infections at the following rates.

80%	1 virus infection
10%	2 virus infection

The more the tweet count increases, the higher the probability of viral infection.

Healing Water allows you to reset the tweet count to zero and tweet in a fresh state.
